As you know, Ron is impossible to shop for, but I managed to think of a few things to get him that I knew he would appreciate. With my moms help I got him some things from America, and she also sent me some birthday decorations - which was perfect because I cannot for the life of me find decorations in Karlskrona! Whenever I go around to get decorations - the shop clerks suggest I buy a birthday card!
The day before Ron's birthday he was picking up Jimmy,his brother,from the airport in Copenhagen. Since that would take a couple of hours - I thought it would be the perfect time to decorate the apartment for Ron's birthday and get him a birthday cake and a card! Well, Ron left the house to go pick up Jimmy and I left to go downtown and buy a cake and a few other things - and then Ron called.He said Jimmy's flight was delayed and told me he was locked out of the apartment and asked where I was! So, he came downtown and we picked up a cake together, then we went home and waited to hear from Jimmy.
Jimmy was at the airport for hours - finally late that night Ron went to pick Jimmy up.Thats when I started decorating and getting the apartment ready for Ron's birthday and Jimmy's arrival!

Jimmy and Ron got home well after midnight, and we were so excited about Jimmy arriving and Ron's birthday - that we decided to celebrate right then!
It was a really fun night for all of us and Ron loved all of his gifts and his cards!
